On Thursday Nov 17th at 9:15 AM ET the Messaging service in North America that sends Order Change Events to store components was experiencing significant delays that prevented orders from being completed. Service was restored at 9:25, but some in store systems took up to 15 minutes longer to recover. We have identified the root cause and the system is now stable.
